Catenae Innovation – finally exits Hyperneth acquisition fiasco, AIM at its most pointless

Catenae (CTEA) is a great example of a pointless AIM company. When it was called Milestone Group it racked up continual losses which have continued under the Catenae name. It had a brief spike in its share price during the COVID era as the usual suspects ramped its shares on the basis that Catenae had blockchain technology which might be valuable but of course it wasn’t because who wants to use software from a tiny subscale loss making group to monitor a national population’s vaccine status.

Catenae Innovation: only a partial ‘fess up: the future looks bleak

Naughty, naughty Nomad Liam Murray of Cairn Financial for signing off on today’s release from AIM perma-dog Catenae (CTEA) for it is only a partial ‘fess up. With the shares already suspended for failing to gt accounts out for the yar to September 30 2021, things look truly grim.

Catenae Innovation – the Hyperneph dispute: this stinks

Whilst shareholders wait to see whether Catenae (CTEA) will emerge from its share suspension I wonder as to the cause of the audit delay. Nigel thinks it is because the company is effectively insolvent and he is right.  But there may be another reason, and this really stinks. So much so that an honourable Nomad would be considering its position. Luckily for Catenae its Nomad is Cairn.

Catenae Innovation – some questions for Liam Murray of Cairn Financial Advisers

On 9 December, Catenae (CTEA) issued a TR1 which indicated that Spreadex had acquired a 10.54% stake up from an apparently nil or a previously undisclosable percentage on 2 December 2020.  On 15 December, Catenae issued a TRI showing that Spreadex’s 10.54% interest had reduced to 8.23%.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: let's hear it for a despised & reviled minority who are the true Coronavirus heroes

I refer, of course, to smokers. Before Malcolm gets on his high horse, hear me out. What I say is logical if a bit crazy. In that vein I also discuss the mad idea of buying the ten worst stocks on AIM and ask for your nominations. I start with Catenae Innovation (CTEA), Tern (TERN), Clear Leisure (CLP) and Attis Oil & Gas (AOGL). I also discuss the crazy idea of buying FinnCap (FCAP) shares. I look at the Powerhouse Energy (PHE) ramp and at the curious case of Anexo (ANX) placing today as directors dump shares. The Woodlarks walk appeal is now at 34% please, as I start another training walk this afternoon, donate HERE.

Were you a Milestone Group shareholder between September & December 2016? Want your money back?

This is not a story about Milestone (MSG) now known as Catenae (CTAE) or even its former CEO Deborah White who should have been sent to prison for what she did there. Instead it is about a corrupt City broker which deserves to be brought to task.
